So what makes this song special? If you think about it, it has a similar bass line as the oh so popular hyphy songs that took over in 2006. As I always assumed, ppl are suckers for heavy bass and catchy hooks. So why has hyphy died? If the forumula still works, why not continue to make hits using an unbroken, guaranteed recipe for hits? People in the bay say the movement is over, but songs like this only further prove that hyphy suffered a premature death.
